The man and his wife, and they were not ashamed. That may seem odd but it was normal. At that time they were living in a pure state. (Psalms 104.1 &#8211; 2) informs us, &#8216;Bless the Lord, O my soul. O Lord my God, You are very great; You are clothed with glory and majesty, Who covers Himself with light as with a garment.&#8217;<\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Adam and Eve went about their daily routine naked. They were not encumbered with material clothing. They did not wear Tallit of or Tefillin. The observances of Tallit and Tefillin were not given to them. Their responsibility then was to guard The Garden from the evil serpent and to make children. They lived in a state of bliss, a place of delight, a place of Divine happiness. They enjoyed pleasure and ecstasy. The Garden of Eden was wonderful for them until they had dealings with \u05d4\u05b7\u05e0\u05b8\u05bc\u05d7\u05b8\u05e9\u05c1\u00a0Ha Naw Chawsh meaning the serpent. Why? Genesis 3.1 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">And the serpent\u00a0\u05d5\u05b0\u05d4\u05b7\u05e0\u05b8\u05bc\u05d7\u05b8\u05e9\u05c1<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">was\u00a0\u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd\u00a0Aw Room, more subtle<\/span> than any beast of the field \u05d4\u05b7\u05e9\u05b8\u05bc\u05c2\u05d3\u05b6\u05d4\u00a0which The Lord\u00a0God had Made&#8230; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u05e2\u05b2\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05de\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05dd\u00a0Ah Ru Meem is the plural for \u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd\u00a0Aw Room, subtle naked, shrewd, sly, and crafty.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">That brings us to the consequences of Eve and Adam eating from the forbidden fruit. Genesis chapter three discusses the impact of disobedience. Adam and Eve were always naked. They were naked when the Glory of God Overshadowed them, i.e. up until their disobedience. And they were naked after The Shekinah no longer Overshadowed them after their disobedience. Their disobedience humiliated and embarrassed them. They became \u05d9\u05b4\u05ea\u05b0\u05d1\u05bc\u05e9\u05b8\u05c1\u05e9\u05c1\u05d5\u05bcYee Tih Bshaw Shoo, ashamed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Why does The Torah Introduce Adam and Eve as \u05e2\u05b2\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05de\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05dd\u00a0Ah Ru Meem, naked and the serpent as \u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd Aw Room, subtle? Perhaps it is because we are discussing two human beings who are Ah Ru Meem, naked and one serpent who is \u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd Aw Room, subtle. Yet, there is a beastly entanglement. The Torah Says, that the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which The Lord God had Made. The Torah teaches us that the beast of the field was made from the earth during the sixth Yom of Creating. (See Genesis 1.24 &#8211; 25) Everything that was made was made in an age prior to humankind. Each Yom evolved into the next Yom, Day, Age, etc. It is possible that periods of creation evolved from one period to another and so forth as instructed by The Word of The Lord God! Remember our discussion from Genesis 1. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">(Genesis 1.1) says, &#8216;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In the beginning, God Created Everything from the First Letter of The Aleph Bet \u05d0 Aleph\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">To The Last Letter of The Aleph Bet \u05ea Tauf of The Heavens and Everything from the first\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Letter of The Aleph Bet To The last Letter of The Aleph Bet of the earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Everything from \u05d0\u00a0Aleph, The First Letter of The Aleph Bet To \u05ea\u00a0Taw, The last\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Letter of The Aleph Bet is included. God Wants us to know that He Created everything in The Heavens and everything on the earth and in all creation. In Genesis Chapter one we learned \u05d0\u05b5\u05ea Art \/ Eth was\u00a0<\/span>an emphatic way of saying \u2018Everything is included from the Letter Aleph to The Letter Tav. In other words everything from Aleph to Tav is &#8216;Entirely or Completely included.&#8217; \u00a0(Psalms 148.1 &#8211; 5) <span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">says, &#8216;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Hallelujah! Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise Him in the heights. Praise Him, all His angels; praise Him, all His host. Praise Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all you stars of light. Praise Him, heavens of heavens, and you waters that are above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the Lord; for &#8216;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">He \u05e6\u05b4\u05d5\u05b8\u05bc\u05d4 Tzee Vah &#8211; Commanded, and they were created.&#8217;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">We return to the point at hand, we noticed that all of the animals were created from the earth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">(Genesis 1.24 &#8211; 25) says,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">And God Said, &#8216;Let the earth bring forth all kinds of living creatures, cattle, and creeping things, and beasts from the earth after their kind; and it was so.\u00a0 And God Made the beasts of the earth after their kind, and cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps upon the earth after its kind; and God Saw that it was good. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">(Genesis 2.7) continues, &#8216;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">And The Lord God Formed man from the dust of the ground and Breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.&#8217;\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dear Ones, the physical part of humankind was created from the earth and the Spiritual part of humankind was given life from The breath of God. So the physical part of humankind came from the earth as does the beast of the field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">(Genesis 3.1) says,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field [the earth] which The Lord God had Made. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">When we make that connection between humankind also being formed from the dust of the earth to that of the beast of the field who was formed from the earth we see a basis for evolving. Humankind came after the animals. There is a possible agreement between The creation of humankind evolving from the same earth as animals. Either way, it does not change the narrative that The Lord God formed man from the dust of the <span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">ground.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">Adam \/ Chavah were formed from the dust around The Holy Altar near The Holy Temple in Jerusalem.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #666666;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan, <u>Jerusalem the Eye of the Universe<\/u>, {New York, N.Y. Publishers: National Conference of Synagogue Youth \/ Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, 2002} pp. 13,14<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">What was the punishment for the serpent? (Genesis 3.14) says, &#8216;And the Lord God said to the serpent, Because you have done this, you are cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon your belly shall you go, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">and dust shall you eat all the days of your life.&#8217;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">(Genesis 3.1) Describes t<\/span>he serpent \u05d5\u05b0\u05d4\u05b7\u05e0\u05b8\u05bc\u05d7\u05b8\u05e9\u05c1 as \u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd Aw Room, as \u00a0naked. It doesn&#8217;t stop there The serpent was described as being more subtle than any beast of the field \u05d4\u05b7\u05e9\u05b8\u05bc\u05c2\u05d3\u05b6\u05d4 which The Lord God had Made&#8230; <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd Aw Room is a notation of the serpents active sin life<\/span>. \u00a0\u05e2\u05b8\u05e8\u05d5\u05bc\u05dd Aw Room, subtle naked, shrewd, sly, and crafty. Adam And Eve&#8217;s Aw Room, subtle nakedness, shrewdness, slyness, and craftiness surfaced after their disobedience. It was always present with them but <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">The Shekinah Separated the evil from the good.<\/span> Remember! Everything that was created in us including the potential for evil was created prior to any of us becoming downtrodden and disobedient to The Lord. We can allow disobedience to grow in our lives or we can put an end to disobedience in our lives. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Disobedience causes us to hide from The Lord as Adam and Eve did In (Genesis 3.7 &#8211; 3.13). <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">And to Adam He Said, Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten of the tree, of which I commanded you, saying, You shall not eat of it; cursed is the ground for your sake; in sorrow shall you eat of it all the days of your life; thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to you, and you shall eat the herb of the field;<strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> In the sweat of your face shall you eat bread, till you \u05e9\u05c1\u05d5\u05bc\u05d1\u05b0\u05da\u05b8 Shoo Vih Kaw \/ RETURN to the ground;<\/span><\/strong> for out of it you were taken; for dust you are, and to dust shall <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u05ea\u05b8\u05bc\u05e9\u05c1\u05d5\u05bc\u05d1 YOU SHALL RETURN. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" align=\"RIGHT\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u05d1\u05b0\u05bc\u05d6\u05b5\u05e2\u05b7\u05ea \u05d0\u05b7\u05e4\u05b6\u05bc\u05d9\u05da\u05b8 \u05ea\u05b9\u05bc\u05d0\u05db\u05b7\u05dc \u05dc\u05b6\u05d7\u05b6\u05dd \u05e2\u05b7\u05d3 <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u05e9\u05c1\u05d5\u05bc\u05d1\u05b0\u05da\u05b8<\/span> \u05d0\u05b6\u05dc\u05be\u05d4\u05b8\u05d0\u05b2\u05d3\u05b8\u05de\u05b8\u05d4 \u05db\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9 \u05de\u05b4\u05de\u05b6\u05bc\u05e0\u05b8\u05bc\u05d4 \u05dc\u05bb\u05e7\u05b8\u05bc\u05d7\u05b0\u05ea\u05b8\u05bc \u05db\u05b4\u05bc\u05d9\u05be\u05e2\u05b8\u05e4\u05b8\u05e8 \u05d0\u05b7\u05ea\u05b8\u05bc\u05d4 \u05d5\u05b0\u05d0\u05b6\u05dc\u05be\u05e2\u05b8\u05e4\u05b8\u05e8 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u05ea\u05b8\u05bc\u05e9\u05c1\u05d5\u05bc\u05d1:<\/span><span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">\u05e1<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Return [Shoo Vah] means to repent of one&#8217;s failings and RETURN to The Path of Observance. The path of repentance is the same for everyone. The path of repentance for Jews and for non-Jews is the same. That is the message of repentance that The Lord God, our Creator Conveys to all humankind. Several meanings for everyone&#8217;s repentance are revealed here. Simply put when we die the act of burial is the avenue of repentance God Gave each of us. When our body returns to the earth that is the final step of our repentance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Lord God Offers us other paths for repentance. Giving Tzedakah offers repentance. Acknowledging our sin and making plans to not repeat our sin along with offering to pay restitution provides repentance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Study Partners it is especially wonderful to know that The Lord God Offers us easy ways to repent. God Willing, we will share some time together. May we stay within Torah&#8217;s Guidelines Of righteous living and repentance. May we help others, May we bring peace and healing to our world.
