In Deut. 32:11 Moshe describes Hashem as an eagle watching over His people. "As an eagle stirs up her nest, fluttering over her young, spreading abroad her wings, taking them, bearing them on her wings:" This in essence is describing G-d like an eagle that soars above all other birds, that from His high and lofty perch He watchs over His people, etc... The Gematria for Ki Neh Shehr, meaning Eagle is 570.

The gate of the city is described as a place of performing judgment... "Then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them with stones that they die..." Deut. 22:24 and Deut. 21:19

The gate is the court where issues are heard and judged... Deut. 22:15; 25:7

So we see Hashem as the One who guards the gate to the heavens and earth... As the one who oversees those sitting in judgment at the city gate...and who influences the judges that sit in court within the city gate and as the one who passes judgment at the gate.

In the Gematria of 613 we see the fulfillment of the 613 mitzvahs, the honoring, the observing of Hashem's commmands by us Jews as an acknowledgement that "Hashem, your G-d, is G-d over judges and L-rd over lords; the Alm-ghty - the Great..."

We also see G-d as Creator when He said, "I will obliterate mankind which I have created from the face of the earth from man to beast to the creeping things and to the birds of the heaven, for I regret that I made them." Genesis 7:7

This was of course when man's heart was continually evil when man sinned the entire day, when man had no redeeming qualities, when man refused to acknowledge Hashem as G-d over judges and L-rd over lords; the Alm-ghty - the Great...

This is a reminder to the Rabbium that Hashem as the Alm-ghty is watching every action... like an eagle guarding each gate of our life... the gates of worship and sacrifice... the gates of action and judgment.. the gates of heaven and earth...
